Lynk Awarded Exclusive Processing Contract by ATM USA®

Atlanta, GA – September 14, 2004 – Lynk Systems, Inc., a leading electronic transaction processor, today announced an exclusive, long-term processing agreement with ATM USA, LLC®, a nationally recognized independent owner and operator of more than 1,400 ATMs, of which more than half are company-owned placements.

Under the terms of the agreement, ATM USA will rely on Lynk’s full range of services, including transaction processing via fully redundant, load-balanced data centers, comprehensive ATM monitoring, Web-based reporting and terminal management.
ATM USA first contracted with Lynk in 2003 to process half of its ATM portfolio. During that initial trial and subsequent conversion period, Lynk delivered enhanced network connectivity, superior technology and a higher level of customer support.
