ATM USA Acquires Florida ATM DistributorNational ATM provider expands service in Georgia and Florida
RALEIGH, N.C. - July 11, 2005– ATM USA,
a nationwide provider of ATM machines and related services, announced
today that it has acquired First National ATM of Jacksonville,
Fla. The transaction closed at the end of first quarter 2005. As
part of the sale, ATM USA gained more than 550 ATM management contracts
and an additional office in Jacksonville. The First National service
technicians and sales representatives will now serve southern Georgia
and Florida under the ATM USA brand.
